Collect your Welcome Pack from the Summit Conference Room from 12:00 onwards.
Feeling peckish after your travels? Lunch will be served at the restaurant, with a thoughtfully curated selection to satisfy every appetite (and mood).
14:00 | Room Check-in Opens
Guests may begin checking in from 14:00.
16:00 – 23:00 | The Summit Awards

Dress Code:
Kick off the evening by capturing the moment. Photo walls, photo booths, and 360° spin video booths will be available from 16:00 to 17:00.
The bar will be open from 16:00 to 17:15.
Please make your way to your seats once the bar closes, with all guests seated by 17:25.
The Awards Evening will begin promptly at 17:30.
Be sure to review the Themes & Attire section for guidance on what to wear, and don’t forget your Drinks Vouchers. A bar will be available throughout the evening, with both cash and card payments accepted.
Dinner will be served between 19:30 and 20:15.
23:00 – 02:00 | After Party
The awards may be over, but the night is far from done.
Stay on at The Buttress and join us as the celebration rolls on. Music up, shoes off (optional), and the dance floor officially open—let’s end the evening the only proper way: together, and in full party mode.
Tired feet? Grab a pair of the provided flip flops and stay and dance the night away!

Join us for an afternoon of vibrant entertainment and celebration.
Expect live musical moments, magical prize giveaways, and surprises throughout the event. We’ll be giving away cash, cars, and more; this is one session you won’t want to miss.
Dinner will be served at 18:55.
After dinner, the music goes up and the dancing begins as we carry the celebration into the night. Turn in early if you must—but be warned, the stories you’ll hear the next morning may sting.
